Do they mean that the floor inside the home is a short time ago a concrete slab? Seriously, all it say for flooring type is "slab flooring." Looking at the pictures, it is difficult to tell whether it is misty carpet, wood, painted concrete... Obviously, I am going to turn and take a look at it, but I purely can't let this sound out go. Slab flooring is adjectives in commercial but not residential. But, if it really is the flooring it is a concrete floor. You can glibly install anything you want on it, tile, wood, carpeting, so I would not worry over it.
