Renting a contemporary place?
i have owned a house for the end 5+ yrs that i still own, in my label. i moved to another state in sept. and begin renting an apartment. i have other paid on the dot and had no impossible standing with the complex, until second week when my boyfriend (who is not on the lease, but does stay here occasionally) was arrested on property (it be quite a spectacle and worried some other tenants). i have since be given my 30 day identify to vacate. i understand why this is individual done, however unfair it is to me. my interrogate is can i just be off them off of any latest rental applications since i still legally own a house? i do not want a bad insinuation, esp since this whole lease termination have nothing to do near me. and the property manager have already informed me that anyone who calls for a citation will hear of the early termination (which i presume is a nice instrument of saying eviction). any proposal?
