i am under contract to close on a house approx one month from today. i own already applied for a mortgage about 2 weeks ago. the wall is now coming up near newer requirements and additional documents every daylight. what bothers me is that once i comply, they sit on it for at least 3-4 days until that time asking for new things. (standard answer: our specialist is reviewing your case) they own given me fax as the only picking to submit documents and most of the times -'oh.. we didnt get your fax"..
