Is this legalized when buying house ??

we have mutual implementation on the house we are suppoed to be buying and we did inspection and we faxed over things we wanted fixed to seller agent at 5pm last hours of darkness from our realitor. aparently after that they faxed back and said they would fix nought and we had till 7pm to fax rear or no sell. and all right our realitor didn't get it I guess she go home or something and they said they tried to call our realitor too but she didn't acquire any message or anything. so this morning we find this out. Obviously too late! so in a minute they don't want to sell even though we are accepting his counter to not fix anything on the home. our realitor and theirs enjoy been chitchat it over all morning trying to smooth things over lead to i guess we pissed him off when we asked him to fix stuff incentive we were already getting other. so basiclly hes a dick and just nutty so he won't sell to us. ably can he do this legally lacking or knoledge ?

Does anybody know santa clauses address???

2 hours is too little. Especially since the fax be sent after normal business hours.

Did the unconscious line of 7:00 include a date? If not, it's cancelled.

Did the dead vein include the wording TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. This line vehicle that any clause in the contract expires at that set time. PERIOD.

However, if it's not in attendance and all party are working as hard as they can, a intercede ususally will rule that the contract is in full force and effect.

How do you dance just about using

If push came to shove, I would say-so confidently that the abbreviated time limit and that the hawker agent used a fax would make the hawker cancellation moot. The two agents (I hope you hold your own agent) should have be on the phone with respectively other to work this out. Unless you made a very strong emergency that the work be done "or else", i can't see how the seller have a claim to cancel your contract.

If you hold already aligned a closing attorney, why not seek his counsel now.

Good luck

Answers:    If you did not already have a signed purchase contract, after the seller is competent to prevent you from buying the house. If you already have a signed purchase contract and be just trying to supply an addendem to that, then you should be protected. Obviously, the merchant does not have to honor the addendem, unless they agree to your vocabulary. They do however, have to honor the signed purchase contract if one is already contained by place.
