I live in Pennsylvania and my sister and I are in the outstandingly beginning stages of starting a soy candle manufacturing and retail operation. Before I can profile for an EIN or even begin to think roughly speaking letterhead and logos, we need to come up with a right name for the business. We initially agreed on Philadelphia Candle Co., but I just found out today that the designation has already been registered next to the Commonwealth (in 1972). My sister and I can't come up with any business names that we can agree on.

Does anyone enjoy any ideas as to what we could name our company?

I don't really have any suggestions on a name but a bit a recommendation on the direction you should take when coming up beside it. You need to think into the adjectives a few years and ask yourself where your business is going to be and what it will be offering. If Philadelphia Candle Co. was your mark, I would automatically assume that you are only in Philadelphia and that you lone sell candles. This might be the case but it also might be limiting. Maybe you provide flowers and other home decor and have just just now opened an office within Seattle. If I were flipping through the phone book, I might pass you up if I want to buy some flowers for my wife. I'm distinctly exaggerating a little bit but I hope you see the point I am trying to make. Just look a principal a little before you breed your decision.
