I asked this Q? up to that time, it be (a)2AM E.T Maybe immediately I seize more responses Is this foreclosure home a moral concordat?

The house is a very desirable neighborhood, sits on over two acres of territory, mature trees, the houses within entire subdivision were built contained by the late 70s and 80s and they adjectives have their own matchless architecture, it has a long circuitous driveway that leads to the house, it have a grand entrance, these houses vend for 200k to 500k (for the state of Georgia) The house was for public sale early this year for something like 255k, I've being watching it and it go on foreclosure in demo first for 155k and now they are down to 137k, I go to check it ou t w/ a friends that knows roughly speaking home improvements and he said that I would need roughly 15k to get it contained by good condition (he said surrounded by mostly cosmetics)it needs modern carpets upstairs, downstairs is wood floors, the kitchen is updated w/ divine cabinets, but the toilets get to go. One is missing! It requests four of them, It needs 8 investigational ceiling fans, (is a big house)there are no perceptible signs of problems with the roof ,marine damage or leak...

Do i own any rights against my

When you get the loan for the house go and get 20 to 25K more so you will have the money to "upgrade". Normally, hose down damage from upstairs contains itself contained by the sheet rock and sub flooring. Unless it is a long standing leak it usually does not involve floor joist or electrical. If your electrical checks out, afterwards the flooring and ceiling is all you necessitate concern for.

IF you have crucial air and warmness (if not it would be easy to install) afterwards you really do not need ceiling fan at this time. As for carpet, Lowes have specials on carpet (one room or a unharmed house--installation is free). Installing the toilets you can do yourself. Id say next to the market as it is- it is a pretty suitable deal. Be sure you shop around for a lender that can supply you a deal near a fixed rate mortgage at a low interest rate. Don't just appropriate the first deal you come to. Get one quote and run to another and if necessary, use the lower quote of the 2 to carry the best deal from the other guys.

Answers:   I bought my house a foreclosed house, and I never regretted anything. By the way, we are neighboring states, I live surrounded by South Carolina!! Anyways, we paid 80,000 for it and everyone else be buying and selling in that neighborhood for in the order of 160,000. We got a steal! I know that alot of citizens have already answered this but I would close to to add to it. I agree next to the guy that said you will need an agent to support you. You will, you will need their access to MLS to see what similar homes to that one are selling for. Also if the house is on www.hud.gov some of their homes are 203K eligible which mode that you can add within the repairs into mortgage instead of having a mortgage and a home advancement loan. You can have one. I would def grasp a home inspector and a few contractors to look at it, to see how much it will cost you. If you aren't married I would have a manly there near you. Contractor's love to screw over women that they think are "stupid". It sounds great!! I would to know the knit so I could look at it. ( I am an SC Realtor). I think that you will be ok, 2 acres of house, and that big of a house, as long as it isn't in gruesome shape, should be a good business deal. Cosmetics are very uncomplicated to fix, and you would have probably done the repairs that you are going to do anyways. I yearning you the best of luck and I hope that you get a large amount with some equity contained by the house as soon as you walk within the door!! :)

Foreclosure of a House?

Sounds like a large amount but before you carry in over your cranium get a home inspection. The mound will not make improvements to the house but it might retrieve you hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run. Home inspections lone cost a couple hundred dollars and can catch serious problems that might not be see to the naked eye. If the owners could not afford the mortgage they could not afford routine repairs, but If you are interested a forclosure can be a good selection for some people.

How do I evict someone, who is

I support people buy and put up for sale foreclosures. You need to sit down near a local real estate agent (or someone who know home values in your area) because 200k to 500k is a huge cavity. Find out how much this home is worth now and how much it will be worth fixed up. You want a home inspection as well to see what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix. The number one issue I facade when I encounter a leak is mold.

Once you own all the info, next you can determine how much the home is truly worth to determine whether it is a good do business at 137k. Remember, prices mean nought and not all foreclosures are great deal.

Good luck!
