How much should I be paying for rent?

Me and my friend and his wife decided to carry out of our apts and get a house together. There will be 3 nation living there and adjectives 3 of us will be on the lease. Him and his wife get the master bedroom w/bathroom and I draw from a much smaller room and my own bathroom (not attached). just to craft this clear I am not moving in next to them, we did this as a group. i.e. found the house, talked to the manager... everything. If the rent is 1600 how much should I be paying? as it stands now I income 700. I dont think this is right for them to reimburse 450 a piece and I pay that. suggestions please.!!

Need to buy a land/plot 30x40 or

What is the most you can attain

This is something that you'll have to sort out yourself but tolerate in mind that the cost of renting a double room contained by a house share is not normally double that of renting a single room. Just don't sign anything until you've reach agreement but it may be something that you won't agree on (the opinion of ya respondents is only just going to help). It should be divided into 3, after all at hand are three people living in attendance.

Considering the current souk trend, is this

Answers:   Yeah the couple dont count as i creature so they are taking advantage of you,it should be divided 3 ways as their bedroom is means of access bigger than yours..good luck or a moment ago move out
