There is a great deal of work that goes into selling a house.Most of it the average soul does not see. There are listing agents and buying agents and some do both. The realtors toy with all hype and open houses, and adjectives paperwork. They also deal near all question that might come up. Selling or buying a house can be very stressful short a realtor.
