Has anyone used the company Ready2invest to buy overseas property?
Did you make money? Do they kind it easy to go after you've made your investment? Is there a minimum interval over which you need to invest? How much are their charges? Thanks.
Nope
How much rent do you reimburse for
I haven't used it.
I own not used them and would not, although I do own several invesment properties. Anything like this, done through a company, have always get to make that company money. So, even if they are an excellent outfit, a sizeable chunk of what you paw over to them will go into their pockets.
Look, I know it's more work, but do your own investing. Never tolerate someone else put your money into a property you have not chosen, or worse still, enjoy not seen. If you want to invest contained by property without doing the work, invest surrounded by one of those property based bonds or funds - in attendance are some ISAs as well - I feel Fidelity does one. I have a wide gut instinct against outfits like Ready2invest. Wouldn't touch 'em. Not near a bargepole
