Do I own to use this existing estate company if they tolerate me see the house?

I was driving a neighborood and saw this cute house for sale. I don't own an agent yet, but have somebody surrounded by mind I want to work with, but not yet. Anyway, I be thinking about calling the company /agent on the sign to see if I can get surrounded by to see the house. If they allow me to go in and see it, and similar to it, am I obligated to buy the house through the listing agent, even though I didn't hire them, or can I bring my own agent in to write the contract on the house if I want to purchase it? No you are not obligated but it would be very rude to make the register agent take time out of there morning to open & show you the house & then you use someone else. I would also never recommend you to buy using the sellers agent- they work for the seller, the salesperson pays their commission so use your own agent. If you have someone in mind next call them & they can show you the house. They also get remunerated by the seller but are working for you.

But, I think that if you nickname the listing agent (number on the sign) and she makes an appointment to show you the house, which money she has to drive out there to show you...and you resembling and want to purchase it...out of courtesy of that agents time, you should use her. No you do not have to step through that ral estate company/agent if you call them to see the house. but I would let them know that you are planning on using someone else. (You don't hold to tell them who) just that you own someone in mind. If you are going to use the other agent to make an propose on the house they (the agent) should probably see the house as well.
