The house that I grew up in is fine near the wet. I can't imagine selling it and as our nouns becomes more crowded nearby won't be much of them left. It's a modest 2800sf.

Answers:    Can do anything about the appreciation worth but if you pay your home rotten like we did the singular thing is the taxes. We bought this property for 38 thousand, 22 acres. It immediately worth almost 1 million, so the taxes did go up...profoundly. But with it rewarded off we put money away for the taxes as if we are making payments on the house.
