If so, how do you find out about them?

My Husband and I both have extremely impossible credit and were trying to leave the place be in now for a smaller/more affordable place. We enjoy no idea where to look for these brand of places. Also, we want them to not be able to have any contact near our previous renter. (Our rental history is great, but we plan on leaving before overriding is up.) How do we go about mentioning to a adjectives rental comapny that we have bad credit?

A corporate landlord won't touch you next to a cattle prod. You need a landlord who doesn't know his business or doesn't assistance.

MY BUDDY'S ANSWER:
I think you are being dishonest ALREADY, if you are within some contract... I would never rent to someone without a credit reference and former rental history...

being honest is the best policy, you are going to end up renting surrounded by some seedy part of town or not so nice of a place I can convey you that much. any respectable real estate agent or apartment landlord isnt going to rent to some one who have gone and stiff their previous landlord, thats how they lose money and their rental properties! why cant you be honest with the one you hold now, explain to them you can no longer afford the rent and need to find some place smaller, of late maybe , they might let you out of your lease impulsive or be understanding enough to tender you a good reference. and afterwards when you go to find another place you tell them that you own had bad credit surrounded by the past but its been accurate for this many months ( however long youve had it) and that you in recent times needed something smaller, a little less money than in the past. being honest will get you everywhere next to a landlord/real estate agent and being dishonest will get you no where on earth! dont go stiffing someone, and expect someone else to help you out. it wont evolve. good luck
