The place I'm interested in renting is REALLY nice and appealing to me, but the reality that electricity is paid this opening instead of just individual included in the rent sort of puts me off.

How much did it generally cost you if you've used it? I mean I don't want to be inkling guilty every time I put a lamp on, charge up my phone, view TV etc... that would be dreadful. Maybe it's very little and I'm worrying over zilch?
